Watering the Gardens
Nebuchadnezzar II built such a large wonder and it had to be watered a lot. The gardens where built next to the Euphrates River. From there the gardens had underground tubing from the river to the gardens vaults. Then there are large buckets that carry the water up to the trees to water them making a very large irrigation system. This helps us understand what type of technology the Babylon’s had.
